Building A Model Kit

 
Model kits have been a favorite hobby of most, even though the process of building a model kit, well, may frustrate some, but those who have the patience to build their model kit, will have the feeling of success, and a wonderful masterpiece to add to their model kit collection.
 

There are three keys to successful Model Building:

 
  1. Patience
  2. Vision
  3. Following The Directions
 
Patience is an important key. To many times in our lives our lack of patience has hampered our efforts in various projects in life and building model kits are no different. With out Patience, you get into a rush mode and this is when you will make mistakes, some to the point of ruining your model kit project. Be patient, if it takes weeks to complete your model kit, then so be it.
 
Vision helps you see what you want to do with your model kit. When purchasing your model kit, you may have visions of what you want your final model kit to look like, such as color. With vision you can modify your model kits to unique masterpieces, your masterpieces.
 
Following the directions is important. Patience has something to do with this also. When you first purchase your model kits, open it up and pull out the directions first. Make sure that all your pieces are present, so that you don't start the project only to find out your missing pieces, nothing can be more discouraging than this.
 
Follow the directions exactly as they are written. Skipping through the building process will only ensure you make a mistake. Following the direction will help you eliminate mishaps, and allow you to build the model kit as it was designed too.
 
Once your model kit is assembled, it's up to you how you modify it or even paint it...
